Will my cards come with envelopes?Yes, all card orders come with premium white envelopes. Please note that envelopes are not included if you order our “Design Only” Service. What type of paper will my cards be printed on?There are several printing options available when ordering:
What resolution should my photos be?In order to ensure an excellent print quality to your final product, we recommend that your photos be a minimum of 1800 by 1200 pixels (in most cases, the photo will be larger than your email screen). When attaching your photos to your email, please attach them as “files”, not as “pictures”, to ensure your email program does not automatically resize them. All photos should be in jpeg format. Scanned photos should be scanned at a resolution of at least 300 dpi. If for any reason, we feel your photo quality is not suitable, we will notify you right away and give you the option of submitting alternate photos. Will I receive a proof of my design prior to printing?Yes, you will receive a proof of your design within two business days (please note the proofing time may be longer during the holiday season) of emailing your photos, at which time you may request any changes be made prior to printing. You may request up to two sets of revisions to your initial proof at no additional cost. Additional requests for revisions will be accommodated for a nominal fee. Your order does not go to print until you are completely satisfied with your proof! When you do receive your proof, please review it very carefully to ensure all of the information/names, etc. are correct, and that there are no typographical or other errors. How long will it take to receive my order?All orders are now shipped directly from our respective printers in Canada and the US, resulting in a significantly quicker turnaround time!
