The success of our business is dependent on your happiness and satisfaction as a customer! We want you to come back and order again and again, and to refer all of your friends to us (thank you in advance for spreading the word!) If you are unhappy with your order for whatever reason, please let us know and we will do whatever we can to remedy it for you! Please note it is your responsibility to review your proof carefully for errors, typos etc. If an error was made on our part, however, we will promptly reprint your order at no cost and ship it to you as soon as possible. Due to the customized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

Important note about colour: Please note that the colours of our designs as displayed on your monitor may not be a 100% accurate representation of how the colours will look in print - all computer monitors display colour differently, so there is simply no way for us to guarantee precise colour matching of your digital proof to your final printed product. For wedding invitations, where precise colour is necessary, we offer the option, at no extra cost, of having a single hardcopy proof of your design mailed to you before your order is printed out, to give us the opportunity to adjust colours if necessary.  Please request this on your order form if y ou would like a hardcopy proof mailed.

Proofing

Our website is equipped with an easy-to-use card customizer that allows you to create and view a preview of your design when you place your order.   Please ensure all spelling etc. is accurate before you initial your online preview.   A designer will review every order for photo quality and text alignment issues and make adjustments if needed prior to your order printing.

Please note:  You do have the option of also having a digital proof of your design EMAILED for final review before it goes to print.  If you would like this done, please make a note of your request on your order form and a proof will be emailed within 2 business days for your review (note that this will delay your order processing by this time frame).   Two sets of revisions are included with your order at no additional charge, so if you do need changes made, please list all of them at once! Additional revision requests beyond the first two sets will be accommodated at a cost of $10 per request.


Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Little Star Greetings is committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of information we collect from you. All personal and credit card information you provide to us is kept confidential and is used only for the purposes of processing and filling your order and shipping your order to you. We do not provide or sell your information, including your email address, to any outside agency, person, or company for any reason.


Photos Submitted

By submitting to us or uploading on our website any photos for use in any of our designs, you agree that you have the authority to use and reproduce such photos for the, including the authority to reproduce the photo in digital and printed form in the context of a photo greeting card design.   We reserve the right to refuse to print any photos submitted at our sole and absolute discretion.

Copyrights

All images on this website, including all photo card and keepsake designs and layouts, are the property and the copyright of Little Star Greetings and may not be reproduced or used in any form, electronic or printed without prior written permission from us. Reproducing copyrighted material is prohibited by law. Additionally, all printed photo card and keepsakes, and all digital proofs of such photo cards and keepsakes, created by Little Star Greetings are copyright protected and may not be reproduced without permission.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal. All credit card payments are processed securely via PayPal's Website Payments Pro. In addition, we accept payment via certified cheque or money order mailed to us however, we will not begin processing your order until your payment is received.


Cancellation Policy

While we will do everything necessary to remedy a situation for you, we understand that sometimes cancellations are necessary. In this case you will receive a refund of your original order according to the following guidelines: If no work has been done to an order you placed using our Customizer, you will receive a full refund.  If any custom work and edits were made to your order, we will refund your purchase minus a $25 cancellation fee to cover the time and effort that our designer put into working on your order.
